The Complex
Situated between the Madonie
Park Mountains and the Gulf of Cefalu, on a plain embellished
with an extraordinary patrimony of Saracen olive, orange, lemon,
almond and carob trees, lies "Le Madonie Golf Club".
Inside, in close and conjoining symbiosis with the sorrounding
environment, live together the golf course with the club house
and thirty-one villas encompassing the border of the course.
Also in construction is a five star hotel with sixteen suites
and seventy four double rooms, a wellness centre, a semi olympic
size swimming pool, a meeting room and tennis courts. Also available
to the golfing public are the homemade biological products from
the agricultural farm.
 The Golf course:
The eighteen hole international
standard golf is equipped with a putting green, pitching green,
chipping green and a driving range with twenty six teeing places.
Designed by Luigi Rota Caremoli, the par 72 golf course extends
to 6.004 metres. The pleasant layout containing five artificial
lakes, a diffuse presence of bunkers, the unusual rough characteristics
and more than three thousand seculars olive trees, two thousand
of orange and lemon trees with about one hundred of carob trees
makes the layout quiet challenging for every player.
