are located in two different wings: in the "Ancient Convent"
wing 47 rooms, including four suites and one junior suite; in
the "Grand Hotel" wing 61 rooms, including seven junior

The "Antico Refettorio"
restaurant, named after the ancient monks dining room, proposes
an exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, combined with friendly and
attentive service in elegant surroundings. Diners in the "Les
Bougainvillées" restaurant, opened in summer season,
can take in the spectacular view of Taormina bay and the ancient
Greek theatre. In the shady pergola of the pool side restaurant,
"Il Giardino dei Limoni", guests can savour Sicilian
dishes, fresh fish and carefully selected wines. The "Oratorio
dei Frati" bar, at the entrance to the restaurant, is the
perfect spot for drinks and cocktails in a hospitable atmosphere,
