Here's a really unusual and original structure of only nine rooms,
completely restored using natural materials and is geared towards
saving energy in respect of the environment. The building which
dates back to the 1800's has maintained its original style. All
the ceramic tiles are handmade in bourbonist style. Zen furnishings
made of natural wood and original paintings embellish the surroundings.
Various extras guarantee the maximum comfort, such as sound-proof
rooms, natural latex mattresses, ionized and filtered air, radiant-panel
conditioning system which controls the temperature of the walls,
so as to use renewable energy. The linen is of untreated cotton
and washed with ecological soap which is also provided for guests
use. On the beautiful terrace overlooking the port you can sample
traditional Sicilian recipes prepared from bio products. The
staff and the owners are always available to help guests to enjoy
a beautiful stay in Sicily.The hotel has three floors, which
include a reception, bar-restaurant and shop on the ground floor,
and a beautiful terrace. Every room apart from maintaining a
high level of comfort has a Bio Switch that allows you to turn
